No, BlueRecruit is not a subscription, you only pay for Credits and those Credits are good for 12 months. This allows you to hire throughout the year whenever you need great talent.

All BlueRecruit Job Seekers have created a BlueRecruit profile. BlueRecruit uses a wide variety of marketing tools and is partnered with over 600 trade schools and workforce development programs to ensure a steady supply of trained talent.

BlueRecruit only deducts your Credits when a Job Seeker accepts your Connection Request; thus, you have positive two-way communication. If the Job seeker declines your request, ignores it, or maybe they already work for you – no harm no foul, your Credits are returned to your account, and you can connect with another individual. BlueRecruit does not guarantee a hire but gone are the days of wasting money just to get a resume for a candidate you’ll never even speak with.

If you hire a Veteran or a graduate from one of BlueRecruit’s partnered trade schools, then the Credits for that Job Seeker are reimbursed to your account once you complete the Employment Verification.

It is free of charge to create an account, to run searches, and to view active Job Seekers. Credits must then be purchased if you wish to connect with a Job Seeker(s).

BlueRecruit Job Seekers are actively looking for employment. While you may see fewer Job Seekers than with one of the huge job boards, these Job Seekers are engaged and actively seeking work.

Over 50% of BlueRecruit Job Seekers are open to relocating for the right opportunity. As many of BlueRecruit’s Job Seekers are Veterans and/or Trade School graduates, you will often see Job Seekers that are relocating from their current location. Any Job Seeker that appears in your search results is open to either relocating to your location and/or commuting.

When you send a Job Seeker a Connection Request, you can include any additional information that you like. However, we suggest a short message as most Job seekers view the message as a text. This message is sent to the Job Seeker via the BlueRecruit app, email, and as a text message.

You can purchase as few or as many credits as you need. Credits normally begin at $20 each, but distributor customers receive an exclusive 10% savings. Credits are only deducted from your account after a Job Seeker accepts your interview request. After connecting with a Job Seeker, you can then chat and conduct video interviews with your connections right from your account. You can add as many team members to your account as you need (ie Recruiters, Hiring Managers, etc), and as many locations as your organization has, at no additional cost. BlueRecruit does not charge for user licenses.
